Adults and children have different ways of thinking and perceiving the world. Understanding these differences is key to create effective strategies to connect, communicate and resolve conflicts. As a result, everyday interactions shift from a constant battle to multiple opportunities to cooperate and learn from one another. Our perspective changes from being a dictator or law enforcer to being a role model or leader we want our children to be.
