FIT4MOM Torrance is returning to in-person workouts in the park! Have you missed your mama village? Maybe you’re new to the South Bay and hoping to meet local mom friends, or a new mom who has been staying safe at home and is ready to find a way to get out in a safe environment. We are ready too! And we can’t wait to meet you.

Come to our free mommy & me, total body strengthening workout, designed specifically for postpartum women!

What to bring to class:
– Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
– Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
– Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
– Sunscreen⁠
