According to their Facebook page…
“The Redondo Beach Police Officers’ Association Santa Sleigh will start on Friday, December 11! Unfortunately, due to COVID they had to make some radical changes this year. Santa will be on the Sleigh pulled by your Redondo Beach POA members but we will be doing a drive by only. We will not be able to stop, but hope each family can gather in front of their individual home and wave hello to Santa as he goes past. We understand that this is not ideal, but this event has been a part of this community for years and we did not want to cancel. At least this will be something to start the holiday season off.The schedule is posted on subsequent pots. We start in the North end of the City and work our way south. We start each day at 6:00 p.m, and each route takes about two and half to three hours to complete. Just listen for the sirens and announcements. If there is rain, just check back here and we will update.”

What time does the Santa’s sleigh start every night? Thanks!
hello. I have the same question; when does santa start his evening?
Hi, unfortunately most communities don’t provide timing. Typically, they start around sundown and there are lots of variables that will change the time of arrival on your actual street. From our experience and hearing from other local moms, typically, an officer will drive by announcing on a loud speaker that Santa is coming soon. For more questions, it’s best to contact your local police department through the non-emergency office line.
How long does it take for the whole route? If we are close to the last stop, what is the approx ETA??
So is Avenue e between prospect and Palos Verdes on Wed or Thurs?
Are any make up routes scheduled?
