27th Annual Sandpipers Holiday Homes Tour will be here soon! Sandpipers, the South Bay of Los Angeles’ leading female 100% volunteer-run organization, announced today that its 27th Annual Holiday Homes Tour will take place on Friday, December 6th through Sunday, December 8th.

The Tour, which features four breathtaking homes in the most desirable neighborhoods of Manhattan Beach, will be decorated and transformed for the holiday season by top local designers, retailers, and florists for ticket holders to visit and explore. Proceeds from the Tour will benefit Sandpipers’ 60+ local charities as well as individuals and families in need of emergency financial assistance.

Whether it’s the decorations, friendships, featured artisans or the stunning homes themselves, the Sandpipers’ Holiday Homes Tour will not only surprise and delight, but raise the resources to support so many in need,” said Natalie Radtke, President of Sandpipers.

Sandpipers’ Holiday Homes Tour annually attracts more than 2,000 patrons and garners tremendous support from numerous local businesses and community partners, including Beach Point Capital Management, Manhattan Village, Rockefeller Kempel Architects, Chevron, and Southbay Magazine, among others.

This year’s Tour will feature the residence of a serial entrepreneur, restaurateur, hotelier and philanthropist family that has captivated consumers with their wide-ranging portfolio of well-loved, highly successful concepts including Shade Hotels, The Strand House, Rock’N Fish, BrewCo, Rock & Brews, and their newest venture, The Brews Hall. Also debuting on the Tour is the new South Bay franchise of The Bubble Tap Trailer, a vintage camper trailer converted into a mobile party bar serving prosecco and other wine offerings on tap.

The Holiday Homes Tour hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, December 6th and Saturday, December 7th, and 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 8th.

Sandpipers Holiday Market will feature over 30 local artisans and restaurants providing a unique shopping and dining experience. The Holiday Market is open to the public Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Neptunian Woman’s Club located at 920 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach.

Sandpipers Holiday Market & Cafe

Sandpipers will host the Ocean View Rooftop Happy Hour event on Saturday, December 7th from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. at 200 Pier Avenue, Hermosa Beach. This special stop on the Tour features top local restaurants serving delicious food, beer, and wine.

Throughout the weekend, a free shuttle service will be provided with stops at each of the homes and the Holiday Market & Café on Friday, December 6th and Saturday, December 7th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, and limited hour Sunday, December 8th from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tickets for the Tour are $33 in advance and $38 at the door.
