Why does eating healthy and feeding your family seem like such a daunting task sometimes?  For me personally, when I eat healthy, I feel better and have more energy. And I’ve found that making healthy choices is not hard, if you plan!  Planning for me can actually be easy and very enjoyable!  

We recently sat down with Jessica Siegel, MPH, RD, Gelson’s Registered Dietitian at Gelson’s Manhattan Beach for a fun and informative  discussion on the “hows” and “whats” of feeding your family.
